Terms (beta)

Plate & Cart is a private beta run by one person for invited testers. It helps you pick a week of meals, builds a shopping list and can fill your cart on your Kroger-family store's website. By creating an account you accept these terms.

What it does and does not do

Plate & Cart only adds items to your store cart, and only when you press Approve and send. It never checks out, never pays and never sees your payment details. Prices, sale dates and stock come from the store and can change before you check out: check your cart on the store's site before you order.

No warranty

The beta runs on a home server with no uptime promise. It is provided as is, without any warranty. Plate & Cart is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Kroger Co. or any of its banners.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and use one you do not use anywhere else. Do not try to reach other households' data, overload the service or use it to scrape the store. Accounts that do can be closed.

Recipes

Recipes, photos and their text belong to their authors and are shown for your personal use while you plan meals.

Changes

These terms can change during the beta; you will be told by email before a change that matters.
